It’s not simply being naked in public. It’s not having sex in the woods. It has nothing to do with whatever weird thing you do in private. It’s not simply a man with a big, hot bulge walking around in public (although that can be getting closer). It is hard to put your finger on it, but come to think of it, putting your finger on it is really getting closer. It often involves some wiggling, or waving, or tongues wagging out of one’s mouth. I’m not exactly sure how to define it, but I know it when I see it.
